Problem:
MFDS.exe runs under the ESADMIN user that is in the administrators group.
After enabling the Windows Monitoring and Management options in the region and starting it up there is an error message in the console.log, as follows:
CASAM3017E ES Monitoring and Management unable to open performance registry key: "SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\Micro Focus Server\\Performance", RC=0005. M & M disabled.
How can the Management and Monitoring be enabled?

Resolution:
This is a permissions issue. The user does not have necessary permissions to access the key and the RC=0005 is being returned as Access is denied.
The user you are logged in with needs to have "Full Control" and "Read" access to the registry key "HKLM\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\Micro Focus Server\\Performance"
If you go into regedit and look at the properties for the key, you will need to ensure the user is added with these permissions.
