Problem:

CASKC0023E Unable to locate asee Service Request Handler when using Web Services.

Resolution:

This problem can occur due to one of the following:

If a wrong URL was typed, for example:

  http://ip/elcsadmin instead of http://ip/elcs/admin

or

 If a request is sent to the wrong http port address for the Web Service listener

or

If a wrong port was defined for the Web Service Listener.
