Receiving "no valid license found" and "licensing error" messages when starting a CICS region in Enteprise Server.

Problem:

When starting a CICS region in Enterprise Server, I get the following messages:

CASSI1002S Server manager initialization failure, no valid license found 11:32:59

COBEC9036SS MTO ECM licensing error 0001 (no license found)

Resolution:

This is caused by an invalid (or expired) MTO license for Entperise Server software installation. Te resolve this, open Micro Focus Net Express / Configuration / License Management System in your Start menu. You can check the status of your MTO License and generate a new request key as appropriate, by going to the Licensing web solution at http://supportline.microfocus.com/licensing/LicensingHome.asp.
