CDI2 exception error while debugging the Code in Visual IDE

I am facing Debugging issue the "CDI2 exception"  several time when we  try to debug Code using breakpoints in VS IDE.

This problem have started after we have upgraded our Micro Focus Studio enterprise edition from 6.0 to 6.0 sp2 with hot fixes mentioned below

POP up say "A Call CDI2 has caused an exception.Please save the work and shut down visual studio as soon as possible.
