CDI2 exception error while debugging the Code in Visual IDE

Hi all

We are facing Debugging issue the "CDI2 exception"  several time when we  try to debug Code using breakpoint in VS IDE.

This problem have started after we have upgraded our MF Studio enterprise edition from 6.0 to 6.0 sp2 with hot fixes mentioned below
