Problem:

You are doing the Assembler Tutorial, and have progressed to the segment titled, "Run the AACT Transaction". On step #5, you're instructed to enter: CFCR AACTL. After you do this and press "Enter" you get the message:

CFCR - Filename << AACTFIL  >> not found in FCT

Resolution:

1. Confirm that AACTFIL is in the FCT:

       a.  Go into the AACT region -> Details -> ESMAC

       b. In the Resources block on the left hand side of the window, click the dropdown and select, 'Active'

       c. Click on the FCT button.   You will see that the AACTFIL is present.  It's status will show, 'Enabled'.

To see other possible values, click on the Details button.

2. Return to the 3270 Display, clear the screen (Ctrl-Shift-Z), and retype the command - being sure to put a space, before and after AACTFIL.  Press <enter>
