Change Analyzer Does Not Appear in Enterprise Analyzer Menu

Problem:

User notices that the Change Analyzer menu item is not available under the Analyze menu at the Repository Browser in Enterprise Analyzer.

Resolution:

Disappearance of Change Analyzer is typically tied to licensing or configuration.  The Analyst box needs to be enabled in Configuration Manager, but this option needs to be enabled by using the Analyst Client license.
