Hi, have you re-compiled and deployed the updated module / BMS screens? Have you tried to restart the region, does that help?

If yes and the issue persists then I recommend you to consider raising a support case as that may require further investigation. When raising a case please include a cutdown test case that the support team can use to replicate the issue with, including any project (to see directives etc used) / source / CICS definition DFHDRDAT file / region export files, and instructions to follow. This will help speed up their investigation.
