We are trying to change the length of existing field in CICS screen and compiled our changes and did NEWC as well. But the changes are not reflecting on screen. Can anyone help us on this.

Hi, have you re-compiled and deployed the updated module / BMS screens? Have you tried to restart the region, does that help?
If yes and the issue persists then I recommend you to consider raising a support case as that may require further investigation. When raising a case please include a cutdown test case that the support team can use to replicate the issue with, including any project (to see directives etc used) / source / CICS definition DFHDRDAT file / region export files, and instructions to follow. This will help speed up their investigation.
