CICS Transaction not running

What are the basic troubleshooting steps in case of one particular cics transaction was not running in production environemtn.

What is the error/abend or description of the issue? Is the issue reproducible? Are other transactions affected or just the one? If only one have you tried to debug the code? To be able to assist it is useful to share more information regarding the problem.
Also, please consider to raise a support case where m colleagues can provide further assistance to help with troubleshooting.

One particular transaction suddenlty not working ? What are the sequence ?

like verifying the transcation program load modules, pct etc..
