Hi Noel, are you using the ESCWA or ESMAC UI?

It is recommended to use an external security manager.

The entry for CICS SNT (the USERS button feature) is not available in ED 7. It is recommended to use LDAP/External security for managing application users. If you still wish to use the CICS SNT, it can only be accessed via the ESCWA API.
