Problem:
Customer can not get to Help within the MFE IDE. If they go to Start - Programs - Mainframe Express - Mainframe Express Help they can see the Help.
Resolution:
When Help>Help Topics is clicked, the file mfeee30.chm is invoked. The operating system will recognise this as an HTML Help file, and look in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\HTML Help to where mfeee30.chm resides. The user needs to check if mfeee30.chm is present in the list, and that the location pointed to is where it resides.
