Problem:
When compiling some COBOL programs under Mainframe Express, the XDB ECM would fail with error
COBOL.EXE - Application Error / RTS:114 in file 'xdbacsq6' on compile
Resolution:
This issue is resolved in the ALL09M30.exe wrappack for Mainframe Express. This wrappack was available for download from the Micro Focus SupportLine website
