Problem:
After changing the paragraph name and performing a compile, the COBOL Outline is not updated.
Resolution:
There are two factors here: Automatic rebuild of the Analysis database, or manual rebuild of the Analysis database.
To select which option you want to use, navigate to the main Mainframe Express menu and click on Project>Project Settings. Under the Project Settings window, select the General tab along the top and the Build tab along the right side. There will be an option to 'Enable Analysis Option' and 'Automatically Update on build'. If both are selected after you modify a program and compile it (or do a Build of your project), then we will rebuild our AO database. This will happen EVERY time, so if your project is rather large there will be a delay. Also, turn off the 'Save project after individual compiles' option. This was defaulted on for compatibility with previous versions but it causes an overhead too. This option you can leave off all the time.
