    You haven't provided much information for us to work with. Do you want native or managed code? What product version are you using? What platform? Will the service be hosted by Micro Focus Enterprise Server, or some other server? Do you want a COBOL client as well?

    It would help to know what problem you're trying to solve. Why do you want a web service?

    Depending on the product you're using, there may be samples that demonstrate some of the possible ways of creating web services in COBOL. Look in the Samples Browser included with the product.
