Problem:

When using Control Cards as parameters in JCL, Modernization Workbench sees them as Data Sets.

Resolution:

Modernization Workbench recognizes only two types of control cards: the one that are used for SORT and a few other SYSTEM programs that are starting application programs through the Control Card.
