Converting Vrecgen file to VSAM dataset convert reports 9/161

Problem:

If there are 65535 or  more duplicate keys convert reports incorrectly error 9/161  Illegal intermediate code. 65535 duplicate keys is a restriction for idxformat3, which is default in MFE convert utility.

You can use idxformat 4 or 8 instead.
