Describes how to correct the licensing error "Terminal Server remote client is not allowed” when accessing MW via remote desktop.

Problem:

Opening MW fails with the error “Terminal Server remote client is not allowed” when you access MW via remote desktop.

Resolution:

Remote desktop support must be specified explicitly in the license file. Ask support to update your license file to include “TS_OK” after the HOSTID, then copy the updated license file to the correct location and restart MW.
