In order to install Data Express on one of the specified operating systems, it is necessary to check and if it is needed to modify the level of notification of user account control. It has to be set at the minimum level.

In order to do this, you have to perform the following steps:

1.  Go to Start --> Control Panel --> System --> Action Center.
2.  Select “Change User Account Control settings” and set the cursor on “Never notify” position.
3.  Click OK and restart the computer.
