"Dataset has been dequeued by Enterprise Server"

Problem:

Why do I get the error "Dataset has been dequeued by Enterprise Server" when I try to edit a dataset on a Linux server using mfdatatools2?

Solution:

You may be using an old Resource Definition File (dfhdrdat) which is missing the PCT entry for the CDEQ transaction.

In the MSS->CICS tab for your Enterprise server region, ensure the Resource Definition File Path points to a dfhdrdat file which is the most up-to-date for your current installation. This can be copied from $COBDIR/etc/cas.
