DDI Mixed Target

Problem:

The AMB Reference help documents include an example of how to build a DDISYMB with IMS, VSAM and DB2 targets, but illustrates the use of the Create Subschema syntax for DB2 instead of the recommended SQL Schema file.

Is there an "Example - Mixed Target" available for the alternate method?

Resolution:

The same method use for mixed target subschemas documented for the SQLDDL can be used for the SQL Schema file method. If the SQL Schema database view name matches the SUB parameter name for VSAM files, both target datasets will be merged when the subschema is generated.
