Problem:

The source has been newly compiled, and Debug JCL started.

The load libraries are including only one folder. This folder contains new .int and .idy as just created.

Resolution:

The compilation outputs .int and .idy have been deleted. Removed the source from the project, and added it again. This solved the problem, without affecting any other module.
