Delete program(s) from metering count after being metered inadvertently

Problem:

What is the procedure to remove one or more programs that were metered in advertently in order to returned to the prior metered value?

Resolution:

Metered code cannot be deleted from a dongle or a factory.bdb file.  Once code is metered, it will always be metered.

This is why it's important to maintain ONE factory.bdb file, and take care with the metering of the source.
