Problem:

Right-clicking in the Terms or Search Results panes in the MW Glossary tool does not display the pop-up menu with the Delete All Business Names choice.

Resolution:

Make sure the focus of the mouse is inside the Terms or Search Results pane. If the focus is outside the pane or on the title bar, the pop-up menu will not be available.
