Hi everyone!  When using DFCONV utility to convert EBCDIC to ASCII files on AIX ends with error DFC661.

File Converter - DFCONV V2.1.01
Converting file - records processed -
00000000
DFC661 Error during conversion

If i get error level, it throws: 149.

I'll appreciate any help.

Hi Cheetalm!  Finally solved the issue.  I've found that our COBOL system was licensed on a 32 bit basis and cobmode for that machine was 64.  I've switched to cobmode 32 and everything went fine.
