Does XDB Migrate maintain referential integrity?

Resolution:

Yes by selecting Show Dependent and Referenced tables.

When you drag a table into the Source Location window and click on the table title bar left hand box, you can select the Show Dependent (child tables) or Show Referenced (parent tables) option. When you select Show Dependent or Show Referenced, all dependent and referenced tables (respectively) are automatically placed in the Source Location Window along with arrowed lines showing their foreign key/primary key relationships.
