Problem:

MFDAS01 error at the MFA client

Customer is also unable to telnet to the MFA port

The MFA server is active and listening on the specified port (2020) with no apparent error messages

Resolution:

Port 2020 is blocked by the customer firewall

allow ip traffic through this port
