Problem:
When you execute casdup to convert a casdump.rec to a casdump.txt, you get the error: "Dump/Trace dataset does not match the current bitism"
Resolution:
If you search our doc for "current bitism" (no quotes), you will find that it refers to CASFD0014E. However, the Resolution simply says, "Check your current environment".
You need to run the command on a machine that is the same architecture (32/64 bit) as where the casdump.rec was created.
For example, if the casdump.rec was created on a 64 bit machine, you'll need to run casdup on a 64 bit machine. The platform, e.g. AIX, Windows, etc. does not need to match: You can convert a casdump.rec that was created on a AIX 64 bit machine, on a Windows 64 bit machine.
