Problem:
On Mainframe NUMPROC Compiler Option affects sign processing for MOVE and COMPARE statements of signed data. MFE provides limited emulation of this option.
Resolution:
Use Directive SIGN-FIXUP for emulation of NUMPROC(PFD) and NUMPROC(NOPFD) in MFE instead.
