I am continuing to check this internally for you. I have been advised that the request was received but as you used a hotmail email to register the trail request they ask if you can share your professional email address. I am my colleagues asking why this is needed but I believe it standard practice for Enterprise grade products like Enterprise Developer. In the meantime I thought to keep you updated and ask if you are able to share your professional email address then please send me a direct private message via the forum, then I can share that with relevant colleagues.

Thank you for keeping me updated and for checking this internally.

I do not currently have a professional email address, as I am an independent learner between projects and I am not affiliated with an organization. My Hotmail address is therefore the only email address I can provide.

I am only requesting a single-user trial for non-commercial training, so that I can complete the BankDemo CICS and JCL exercises included in the Enterprise Developer for Eclipse Fundamentals L400 course.

If Rocket policy does not allow trials for independent learners using a personal email address, I completely understand.
