This article explains what to do if a runtime error from Internet Explorer browser occurs asking if you want to debug.

Problem:

When trying to connect to the Enterprise Server at localhost:86, the following Internet Explorer browser erorr occured:

A runtime error has occured do you wish to debug?

Resolution:

Go into Explorer, Tools, Internet options, Advanced. Then go down to 'Browsing' and check 'Disable Script Debugging' on.
