Is there any Disaster Recovery / System Restore procedure document available. If the Enterprise Server in production which is in AWS cloud is crashed how to recover the system? In AWS may the EC2 Instance can be recovered from the AWS backup but how to recover the Enterprise Server?

The disaster recovery is a customer specific topic, Micro Focus do not typically know or get involved in your company processes for this topic. Regarding the Enterprise Server topic, you may use monitoring tools to report issues, or automatically switch nodes, but again I as do not have any knowledge what your company uses it not easy to provide a recommendation. With that in mind I recommend you to seek Micro Focus Consulting help, my consulting colleagues can work with you to provide dedicated/specific help to design a solution to fit your requirements.
