After starting Visual Studio, I cannot see the Enterprise Server Regions in Server Explorer to be able to connect to.  Additionally, the Micro Focus Servers heading is not displayed either.

This is a problem that occurs when the installation of MicroFocus Studio 6 does not always quite work correctly after installing Microsoft Visual Studio.  To correct this open a Net Express command window.  Change directory to Visual Studios IDE directory, on Windows 7 the default is "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\\Common7\\IDE\\".
Next type devenv.exe /resetskippkgs, this will start Visual Studio and correct the error.
