Your Enterprise Suite Team

Meet the Team
Scot Nielsen - VP, Product Management – Enterprise Suite
Scot Nielsen leads product management for Rocket Software's Enterprise Suite, bringing more than 25 years of experience in application modernization. With a foundation in software engineering, he has spent his career helping organizations evolve mission-critical COBOL applications without disrupting the business.
What drives Scot is helping customers see and extend the art of the possible with COBOL. He works closely with the people running these systems, showing how COBOL fits into the wider technology landscape they manage and how the applications it powers can keep delivering on whatever the business needs next. Whether that means embracing AI, connecting to cloud, or simply protecting the performance and reliability customers count on, Scot and the Enterprise Suite team are always looking for ways to push what's possible further.
Neil Fowler - SVP, Software Engineering
Neil Fowler has spent more than 30 years in enterprise software, starting his career as a software engineer — and some of his code is still running in production today. That engineering foundation never left him, and he remains actively involved in the architectural decisions shaping where Enterprise Suite is headed next. Today he leads Rocket's full COBOL and Enterprise Suite modernization business end-to-end, overseeing Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Professional Services, while also working directly with C-suite leaders at customer organizations to shape their long-term modernization strategies.
That end-to-end ownership matters and means the teams closest to customers — solving real problems in complex, long-lived environments — are directly connected to the people building and evolving the product, with a leader who understands both sides of that equation from the ground up.
