Receiving error 02000 SOAP response fault when calling a web service that has been deployed to Enterprise Server.

Problem:

During testing of a client program that calls a web service deployed to Enterprise Server we received the error 02000 SOAP response fault. How do we resolve this?

Resolution:

The Enterprise Server adminstrator should check the Enterprise Server adminstration page. Select the detail page for the Enterprise Server being used. Select the following tabs, 'Server Diagnostic' and 'ES Console'. Then look for the definition of the runtime error.
