We are receiving the following error when trying to start a region:

CASCD0125I Could not exec casmgr32, reason = 0002

This is most likely a permissions issue with the /var/mfcobol/es/[region-name] directory.  You will need to delete this directory (and all of it's contents) and start your region again.  This directory is safe to delete as it contains no configuration information, only work files that will be recreated when the region starts.
