Error Creating New Workspace?

<DISREGARD - it was identified the issue is related to the fact that a different local Admin installed EA on the desktop, than the local Admin attempting to run EA.>

When attempting to create a new workspace, I'm now receiving the following error. I've been able to successfully create numerous workspaces previously, however now receiving this error everytime. Appreciate the help.

Error Message Reads:

 appvalley Connot create new Workspace C:\\EAWorkspaces\\AN4.rwp

Unable to connect

At CreateWorkspaceEx: create connection

AlterSession: CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database ‘master’. sql

statement: CREATE DATABASE [C_EAWORKSPACES_AN4] tutuapp

  at MicroFocus.MW.API.Repository.rntConnection.AlterSession()

  at MicroFocus.MW.API.Repository.rntConnection.Init(Object xDB)

Exception Text reads:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

   at RepBLDWiz.MainForm.getFilesCount(String path)

   at RepBLDWiz.MainForm.BackgroundWorker.OnRunWorkerCompleted(Object sender, RunWorkerCompletedEventArgs e)

   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnRunWorkerComplete(RunWorkerCompletedEventArgs e)

   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.AsyncOperationCompleted(Object arg)
