Problem:

When trying to save a member, user gets the following message

"EDIT147: UNABLE TO SAVE THIS PROGRAM.THE FILES ARE MARKED READ ONLY.USE SAVE AS TO SAVE ANOTHER FILENAME"

Resolution:

You might believe you havel full access to the members in the project but it is easy to check by using the ATTRIB command

Go to a Command Prompt and type

ATTRIB <member_name>

If the return text shows an "R" to the left of the member name, this means it is Read Only.  Unset this using

ATTRIB <member-name> -R
