Problem:

Upgrading a workspace on an Oracle based repository failed with the error message:

ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace

Resolution:

This is due to lack of space on the disk and/or in the tablespace. Your Oracle DBA should be able to topup and add space to the tablespace in error. Try upgrading the workspace again after adding the space.
