Problem:

When launching Interactive Analysis, a dialogue box opens with the following message:

Task queue is not empty.

No HyperCode Converters connected to the workspace.
Launch HyperCode Converter to process task queue.

Resolution:

Start a HyperCode Converter by opening the MW administration tool, selecting Administer > Launch HyperCode Converter, then select the workspace you're trying to launch Interactive Analysis from. Let the converter run until it is idle.  Then launch interactive analysis.

I experienced the same issue. However, the resolution mentioned above could not fix the problem. Any idea about it?

There is another option that allows you to manage the workspace queue. What may have happened is that a job within the queue has failed and either needs to be restarted or deleted.

To be able to work with the queue, select manage queue from the tools menu item in the MW/EA Administrator. This will ask you to select the workspace rwp file to use to connect to the right workspace.

Once the GUI has started, select the view all option (selected from the queue menu) and refresh. If the display is still blank, then the queue is empty.

If you do see entries, they may have become stuck and you can either unlock the entry or delete it. Unlocking the entries should get them running again. Deleting an entry may require you to unlock the next entry to get the processing started.
