Execution error error code 114 when dragging and dropping QSAM file to PC

Problem:

MFE 2.5 SP1

User attempts drag and drop a QSAM file and receives the following:   

mfdasmx  error code 114,pc=0,coll=1,seg=0    114 attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (signal11)

Error only occurs with a file of the attributes: PS,   FB,    LRECL 400,   BLKSIZE  23200

Resolution:

Customer lowered the blocksize to 11600 and was then able to download the file.
