Exists a MainView similar in MFES?

Exists in Microfocus Server a tools similar to MainView from Mainframe?

I don't need to monitoring the environment, infrastructure, networks or servers, because we will use in architecture the Dynatrace, but, I need to monitoring and traceability the transactions, abbends, of preference on the dashboard centralized where I get the logs the all instances of the regions CICS and in all MFES running in the PAC, it is possible?
