Do CTRL ALT DEL in order to reveal the processes running. Look for a process called mfcesd. If it is not running, go to:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Common Files\\SafeNet Sentinel\\Sentinel RMS License Manager\\WinNT
Where you should find mfcesd.exe.
Run this executable and try again.
If this does not resolve the problem, go to Services and restart the Micro Focus CES daemon service.
