Problem:

questionon on dongle and on how metering works with the dongle.

Resolution:

The dongle needs to be enabled and then the factory.bdb file must be created for this dongle.

Metering will be prompted in the Project in Revolve EE - through a metering wizard to point to the factory.bdb that was created.
