Resolution:

Produce the CRUD matrix from running the XML\\HTML Project reports from

Enterprise View> Analysis Tools

If the project is large it is recommended that instead of selecting

      XML\\HTML Project reports -Generate all reports

you first select

     XML\\HTML Project reports - Generate XML

and then select

     XML\\HTML Project reports - Generate HTML

After the reports are generated select from Analysis Tools

     XML\\HTML Project reports - View reports

Click on the data Access tab

Then either data files or data tables

It will show a list of files or tables

click on the desired object and you will see the CRUD Matrix for that object.
