Problem:

How to enable Debugging of Non-Mainfame applications.

Resolution:

Select Options / Debug and check 'Enable debugging of Non-Mainframe applications' button.

The next time you start Debug in MFE an additional Tab 'Non Mainframe' will appear

after you selected Debug / Start Debugging.
