Problem:

Trying to do a server install.  The first time, it created a folder call cinstall.  Uninstalled,

then tried to re-install it.

The re-install it does not create the CINSTALL folder so

that later client installs will work.

Resolution:

Tried ALTSETUP; still didn't cure the problem.

Had user clear out the registry entries

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

     Software

       MicroFocus

and then try the install.  Worked.

It's possible the de-install didn't

fully work because he had manaully

deleted the Cinstall directory before

removing the software via Add/Remove

programs.
