Problem:

trying to install Enterprise Edition

box comes up  click here to install, nothing - task manager, on the processes, setup.exe is running ( been running for over an hour, nothing happening)

Resolution:

Asked him to copy the CD to hard disk.

User had problems trying to copy the CD to HD.

Had someone else on another machine do it.  

The copy worked fine.  

The user then linked to that shared drive and did the install, and the install worked fine.

Looks like there was a flaky CD drive on the first user's machine.
