Problem:

Is Borland StarTeam Software Change & Configuration Management tool is integrated with MFE 3.0 in order to do Check In and Check Out file actions,as with Serena PVCS.

Resolution:

When the Borland Star Team software is installed, MFE should recognise that an SCC is installed from the registry entries it creates, and the source control menu will become active in MFE.

Micro Focus do not claim to work with all SCC systems, however, if the package being used is SCCI ( Microsoft Source Control Common Interface ) compliant, then it should interact with MFE without problems.
