wanted to check whether SYSOUT behaviour for Display varies for the different operating system for DB2 switch module.
ED9 PU23
Database : DB2 LUW
I have put the display inside the DB2 switch module for 2 phase commit transaction ( Dynamic registration).
CICS Txn & Program is same
same SSTM JCL
DB2 switch module compiled used : $SET OUTDD"SYSOUT 200 L" SHARE-OUTDD
→ For Windows : ED9 PU23
I am able to get displays from the switch module to the output file. looks ok
→ Linux : ED9 PU23
Getting below error :
227 EXTERNAL data definition is inconsistent (Symbol `_sysout') 14:43:30
Behaviour should be same. Not sure if we are missing anything.
