This article describes the checks that have to be performed when the Kb-AIM Custom Agent No FTP processing does not work.
Problem:
Kb-AIM Agents No FTP has some troubles to process the transmissions that are in AWDNOFTP directory. How can this be resolved?
Resolution:
The problem could be avoided if the following points are set correctly:
- Make sure that the content of the configuration file “KbCustAgent.conf” is correct. The file contains the paths of the working directories needed for the correct operation of the Agent - check the paths to these directories (AWDNOFTP, AWDPRE, AWDHST and AWD) are set correctly.
- Check if the user has all necessary read and write privileges for all the working directories.
- Check if there is enough disk space on the machine where the Agent is running.
